Information on schedules
from what time can you enter the hotel and to what time?
Our reception schedule is 24 hours. Check in from 14 and check out until 12 in the morning. If you are going to get later, please tell us.
What time are breakfasts and meals?
8 to 11 breakfasts. The dinners are from 8 to 10:30. The meal service is only available from June 15 to September 15 from 13 to 15:30.
What are the access schedules to the spa?
is open from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. The children’s schedule is from 11:00 a.m. to 12.30pm and from 15.00 to 18: 00h. Out of that schedule, it is only for adults.

will you find the best guaranteed price on the web, always?
Yes, always. You can check it. Reserving through our website we always guarantee the best price in your reservation. And, apart from this, we offer you a 5% extra discount (all year except the months of July and August) over all our rates, which is only available for reservations through our website. In addition, other times you will find offers and promotions with higher discounts that are only active on our official website.
are the cancellation conditions more flexible reserving through the web?
Yes, as an advantage through our website, we offer you free cancellation without expenses up to two days before your arrival (4 days during the summer) without any position in advance.
Is there any other advantage reserving through the web?
Yes, only on our website you can “Design your experience” adding exclusive extras. In addition, you can reserve our forest sea experience that you will not find reserving on any other channel or online travel agency.

Information about access to spa
Yes, it is necessary to book your spa access time in advance, as it is included with your reservation, due to limited capacity. To book your access time, you must call the hotel in advance.
Can I book extra spa access?
Yes, if you wish to access our spa on more days, you can book it exclusively during your stay at the hotel, but it is not possible to book it in advance. Price: €8 per person
Are there age-based access times for the spa area?
Yes, we have access for children to use the spa area. The time slots are as follows:
– Adult Usage Time – The time slots you can book are one and a half hours long. From 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
– Hours for children under 14 – From 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Children must be accompanied by an adult and comply with the rules of use at all times.)

How does the spa work?
With your reservation through the web, you will have access to the spa per person and stay, prior reservation of time at reception. If you want to access the spa more days, you can direct it directly with us at the hotel reception. Price: € 8 per person.
Do you accept pets?
