The Necropolis of Adro Vello stands out, located on the edge of the beach of O Carreiro. A Roman villa, a necropolis, the floor of a church from the 2nd century BC and elements of a fortification is what you can find in this one.

COMBARRO
A 19km from the hotel
On the banks of the Ria de Pontevedra, this town, considered a historical group of urban centers, is a fishing village where the seafaring houses, the granaries and the cruceiros are the main protagonists.
This picturesque and touristic town is undoubtedly one of the best examples of rural Galician architecture that you can find and an authentic charming town in the Rías Baixas. Undoubtedly, within its great heritage, there is a visit that stands out and that you can not miss: Its more than 60 “granaries” and its 7 cruceiros will leave you amazed!
CAMBADOS
A 16km from the hotel
One of the most beautiful villages in the area and probably one of the most famous villages in Galicia.
The capital of Albariño, very close to our hotel in O’Grove, is a perfect place to enjoy wine tourism in the Rías Baixas, is located in the Ría D’Arousa and is a village carved in granite, where its “pazos” and noble houses along its three old and stately villas, its cobbled streets or squares will make you fall in love.
Declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, Cambados has everything necessary to be one of the most touristic town of the Rías Baixas: historical site, coastal town, with a great gastronomic offer and of course wine, highlighting its Wine Festival Albariño, of National Tourist Interest.
PONTEVEDRA
A 27km from the hotel
Although Pontevedra is a city, its beauty means that it has to be on our list of charming towns in Galicia because, among many other important reasons not to be missed, the capital of the province where our hotel is located in the Rías Baixas, has one of the best preserved old quarter in Spain, declared a Historic-Artistic Site. Strolling through the city you can enjoy the Plaza de la Leña, the Provincial Museum, the Plaza de la Herrería, the Plaza de la Verdura or the Plaza del Teucro.
Going down to the river, in Mugártegui Square you can find the pazo that currently occupies the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Rías Baixas, just before reaching the Plaza de Abastos.
In terms of religious architecture, we can highlight the Old Convent of San Domingos or the Basilica of Santa María a Mayor, declared a National Monument.
VILLAGARCÍA DE AROUSA

Capital of the Ría de Arousa and one of the most charming villages of the Rías Baixas, Villagarcía has an important civil architecture with several “pazos” among which we can highlight the Pazo de Rubianes, which you can visit if you take our experience between camellias and vineyards.

A Lanzada is not only one of the best beaches in the Rías Baixas. It is, without a doubt, a place with a lot of history.
From the 7th century BC it was already an inhabited area and next to the beach of Area Gorda and Praia de Foxos, there is a small hill fort, a commercial factory and a Roman necropolis next to the current Hermitage of Lanzada.
This area, due to its fantastic location, was a large commercial site where you can still see some of these vestiges of history.
RIBADUMIA

With an important natural and cultural heritage, its more than 10 km of fluvial paths, where you can see mills, laundries or fountains, stand out. and also highlights the Castro de Besomaño, located on Mount Do Castro.
